Jill contacted me on more than one occasion about photographing her wedding, before she even had a date set… or had a fiancé! Luckily Ryan came through for us and I got to photograph their beautiful wedding day. They were married at Holy Family Parish in Whitby, and the reception took place at Deer Creek in Ajax. They chose a purple outdoor/woodsy theme for their colours and decor, and their delicious wedding cake was made by Katie, Jill’s sister and maid of honour. I definitely stole some cake at the end of the night, I’m not going to lie!

I loved being able to experience my first wedding with Jill’s family, after having photographed all her nephews and her little niece on various occasions, and having known the family since we were all kids ourselves. Thank you Jill and Ryan for entrusting me with your memories, and providing me with some of my own.
